The History of Cherubini Wheelchairs, Inc.
Cherubini Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) started as a small husband and wife company in Oct. 1999 with Wisconsin as their sole distribution territory for Broda™ Seating. The owners are Jim and Kim Cherubini, both of which have many, many years of experience with customer service and sales of medical equipment. Our core line of products are wheelchairs manufactured by Broda™ Seating which is based out of Ontario, Canada and they have been producing wheelchairs since 1981. Broda™ produces superior wheelchair equipment for the long term care facilities and hospice markets in particular, but home care and assisted living is fast becoming a strong runner for sales and rentals. At the time CEI started with Broda™ few people knew of Broda™ chairs, but were always impressed when they showed the uniqueness of the entire line. Due to the popularity, functionality, durability and capabilities of the chairs, CEI has experienced growth every year since we started and have been the top sales producer with the company since 2002. Broda has given CEI rights to distribution of the Broda™ line in 4 states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky,and Wisconsin. We sell the chairs in all 4 states and have a large rental market (mainly in Wisconsin). CEI is committed to customer service as well as the right product for the individual’s needs.
